Research Interests: I am an inorganic chemist interested  in organometallic and main group chemistry. Over the years I have worked with the lightest elements such as boron and the heaviest such as uranium. In our current research we are studying metal alkoxides that thermally decompose into ceramics, exploring the chemistry of Ph₂P(CH₂)_nP(O)Ph₂, and synthesizing complexes that contain  crown ether groups attached to a transition metal.  Click here to learn more.
