Research Interests:  I am an inorganic chemist interested  in organometallic and main group chemistry. Over the years I have worked with the lightest elements such as boron and the heaviest such as uranium. In our current research we are exploring the chemistry of Ph₂P(CH₂)_nP(O)Ph₂, studying metal alkoxides that thermally decompose into ceramics, and synthesizing complexes that contain  crown ether groups attached to a transition metal.  Click here to learn more.
